CHAPLAINS PROGRAM Chaplains serve in military, volunteer veteran organizations, police, fire, hospital, prison, hospice and now in demand as corporate chaplains. As a volunteer chaplain, you do not need to meet the qualifications required of an active military chaplain. This certificate program is designed to introduce you to the "ministry" of a Chaplain which applies to all areas of chaplaincy. Chaplains are in a unique position, unlike counselors, they are prepared to minister on a pluralistic level and a spiritual level. Students who complete all three levels of training are eligible to graduate with a "Certificate in Chaplaincy." This certifies them by Promise Christian University that they have learned the basic tools necessary to begin their vocation as a Christian Chaplain. The Promise Christian University Chaplains Training program is excellent also for those seeking appointments as a police, fire, hospice, hospital, rest home, marketplace chaplaincy. =============== Thanks for the training you have given me! God is using you mightily in placing people to spread His kingdom in different branches of government. After I completed my chaplain program with PCU, I mailed my resume to three different police agencies easily about a year ago. I got a call for an interview mid November of last year from Arcadia Police Department. I was processed as an applicant as a volunteer police chaplain. Just two days ago, I was told that I got the position. Praise the Lord!- Bro RG |
