Michael McKinney, Ph.D., Th.D. has been in full-time ministry as a pastor, evangelist and equipper for 39 years. Dr. McKinney is also a Chaplain (Maj)  with the US Air Force Auxiliary Civil Air Patrol. He holds the following academic degrees: Bachelor of Theology from International Seminary of Florida; Master of Theology and Doctor of Theology from International Theological Seminary of California and the Doctor of Divinity Degree from the International Bible Institute and Seminary of Plymouth, Florida. In 2000, he earned the Doctor of Philosophy degree in Theology from International Theological Seminary of California.

He is the founder of the World for Jesus International Christian Center and Ministries; the Pastor's Network of Southern California and has served in the advisory capacity to several non-profit organizations. In 1999 he receive the honor of being added to the Who's Who's in Religion.

Dr. McKinney has preached around the world in the nations of the Philippines, Hong Kong, Korea, Guatemala, Mexico, Malaysia, India, England, Ghana and Canada. Through the School of Ministries thousands of pastors have been trained in Evangelism, the Operation of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit; and the Preaching the Word with signs following.

Dr. Jerry Howell, Academic Dean

Dr. Jerry Howell has been in full-time ministry as Pastor, Teacher and Missionary for 39 years. He is former Provost of Mt. Vernon Bible College and Dean of Men at Life Bible College. He is a graduate of Life Bible College and holds his Masters degree from UCLA. He completed his Doctor of Theology degree at Trinity Bible College.

Dr. Howell has written several text books, including Christian Counseling, which is currently being used as curriculum in several Bible colleges.

Dr. Adelle McKinney, Vice President and Registrar

Promise Christian University
Adelle serves as registrar and administrator for Promise Christian University. Adelle attended the University of Southern California and was recipient of the Honors at Entrance designation. She later completed her Bachelor of Theology degree, and Master and Doctor of Theology degree with a major in Christian Education from International Theological Seminary of California. She prepares all documents, transcripts and resumes for evaluation and assist students in selecting their course of studies, acquiring necessary textbooks and preparing of thesis.

Rev. Lynn Anderson, D.D. M.A., Dean of the School of Theology

Lynn Anderson pioneered three churches. He has preached internationally in South and Central America. He received his undergraduate degree from Grand Rapids School of the Bible and Music now Cornerstone University. He graduated from the Patriot University with a Masters of Arts in Bible Theology and he is currently completing his Doctoral program at Valley International Christian Seminary. He was the external program developer at the Rio Grand Bible College.

Heather Blue, Ph.D, Th.D CC., M.A., Th.M. CC

Heather Blue is author of two series of Christian Counseling.  She earned her Ph.D. in Psychology at UCLA and her degree in Christian Counseling at Promise Christian University.  Heather has developed a certificate program in Christian Counseling for "Personality Development."  She is also the coordinator of the High Desert Apply Valley Satellite Extension for PCU. 

William Shultz, M. Div., B.A., D.D., Dean of the School of Christian Education
Email: vcclms@aol.com  Dr. Schultz is founder of the Valley Christian Center located in San Dimas, CA. He is a graduate of Southern California College now Vanguard University and Claremont School of Theology. He holds teaching credentials with the state of California and is in the process of completing his Doctor of Theology degree. Dr. Schultz teaches New Testament Studies and Christian Counseling.

Ramin Changizi, Th.D CC, Dean of the School of Persian Studies  raminchangizi@hotmail.com
Ramin Changizi has pioneered two Persian churches, has a major international ministry and outreach to the middle east.  All classes are in the Farsi language.  The purpose is to prepare men and women for ministry.  He is a graduate of Promise Christian University and has achieved national prominence for his the wonderful work he is doing throughout Europe and the Middle East.
